Ísó recommend that you go through all the videos in Basic training to have the basic knowledge before starting to ride more specific exercises and improving the gaits. The main focus is on what Ísó calls Leg Control. And that refers both to controlling the legs of the horse and yours as trainer, both from ground and when riding. Ísó is also very focused on the mindset of the horse, that you teach the horse to use the thinking part of the brain and that you make sure you build up a trust between you and your horse and reward for the behaviour you seek.
